The Hidden Valley Grayshott is the brainchild of husband and wife duo Matt and Kat, who shared a dream of building a woodland space where children and families can connect with nature, explore freely, and play in a beautiful, safe environment.
When the opportunity arose to develop something special for children on the grounds of the Huntington & Langham Estate, they leapt at the chance - and Hidden Valley was born.
Hidden Valley officially opened in May 2024, just as Matt and Kat discovered they were expecting their first child, Freddie. Since then, the site has grown rapidly, with local families embracing forest school sessions, holiday camps, birthday parties, and stay-and-play mornings. After welcoming Freddie, it felt like the natural next step to evolve Hidden Valley into a fully outdoor nursery—an early years setting they would be proud to send their own son to.
As Hidden Valley enters this exciting new chapter, Matt and Kat are thrilled to be building a passionate team around them. Together, they look forward to watching Hidden Valley continue to grow and to welcoming even more little explorers to experience the joy, wonder, and freedom of the outdoors.
